Are there businesses that do this for out of state residents that can’t gamble legally in their own?

The Vegas casinos will not accept a phone bet unless the call was placed in the state of Nevada.

there is no business that exists that will place bets for you in las vegas – as least none that advertise…….
Its not illegal to have someone else make a bet for you in a casino.
But if you live a few hundred to a few thousand miles away from vegas you are kind of limited as to how to get money down on a game. Either you have a trusted friend or family member that lives in vegas, or you play online – or you get a local bookie – those are pretty much your options –
there is no company that advertises that will book a bet in vegas and pay you if you win…….SORRY!
