Simply flush it down the toilet. Or dump it out in the pasture somewhere. People have been doing their duty in pastures for years. That amount won't hurt anything. Wear gloves while you are doing this. Take another bucket of water with you to water it down. While it's not a pleasant thing to have to do, just do it & be done with it. To The Deadly Licker: HE SAID THE GUY WAS HOMELESS!!!

Simply get a pair of rubber gloves and gently tip down the loo – clean bucket outside near a sewage, not water drain, using strong detergent and anti bacterial.

could you try to flush it down a toilet? maybe you could call your city/town government and ask them of a proper way to dispose of it.

I don’t know where you live, but it seems an obvious answer would be to bury it.
Or flush it down the toilet.
Call your local police or fire department or someone who is up on local health codes.
